Terms of Service for National Star Roofing Inc
Introduction
Welcome to National Star Roofing Inc. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms of Service” or “Agreement”). These Terms of Service govern your use of our roofing services throughout Alberta and Western Canada, including but not limited to installation, maintenance, and repair services (collectively, the “Services”).
Acceptance of Terms
By using the Services provided by National Star Roofing Inc, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Services.
Service Description
National Star Roofing Inc specializes in residential and commercial roofing services, including installation, maintenance, and repair of roofing systems. Our services are available throughout Alberta and Western Canada.
User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate and complete information as required for the provision of our Services and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or as a result of your use of our Services.
Payment
Fees for our Services will be as quoted to you at the time of your inquiry or as otherwise provided by us from time to time. Payment terms shall be specified in your service agreement or invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations of services must be made within a specified period prior to the commencement of the service to be eligible for a full or partial refund, as detailed in your service agreement. Once a service has commenced, refunds will be granted only at the discretion of National Star Roofing Inc and may be subject to deductions for work already performed or expenses incurred.
Warranties and Liability
National Star Roofing Inc warrants that all services will be provided with reasonable care and skill. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, neglect, or acts of nature. Our liability for any claims related to the services provided shall be limited to the cost of the service rendered.
Intellectual Property
All materials provided in connection with our Services, including but not limited to photographs, diagrams, and written materials, are the property of National Star Roofing Inc or its licensors and are protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.
Amendments to Terms
National Star Roofing Inc reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of our Services following any changes signifies your agreement to be bound by the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Service or the Services provided shall be resolved through mediation in Calgary, Alberta. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Calgary, Alberta, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Alberta.
