Should a leak occur due to a defect in our workmanship, National Star Roofing is committed to repairing the leak and addressing any resultant damage entirely at our expense.
Repair Timelines
We ask for a reasonable timeframe to conduct necessary repairs in the event of a workmanship-related leak, ensuring quality and thoroughness in our resolution efforts.
Exclusions to Warranty
It’s important to note that our liability does not extend to issues related to condensation, attic rain, or defects originating from the roofing materials themselves. These concerns are typically addressed under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Material Warranty
Before commencing work, we provide the property owner with the manufacturer’s warranty for the roofing materials, which will be completed and activated once the project concludes.
Transferability of Warranty
Our labor warranty is designed with flexibility in mind, allowing transfer to new property owners without notification to National Star Roofing, further adding value to your investment.
Warranty Limitations
Please be aware that damages caused by external forces such as wind, hail storms, structural distortions, or interference by other contractors post-completion are not covered under this warranty.
